Alongside AI is a managed AI provider for community banks. We act as the bank's AI team: we find where AI will actually move the numbers, build and run those tools in the bank's own environment, and keep the program governed and examiner-ready.
Community banks face pressure to adopt AI without a data science team, amid vendor pitches that all sound alike and regulatory guidance that now largely targets bigger institutions. We work in three stages. Assessment: a bank-wide staff survey to surface high-value use cases, an inventory of AI already in use, and a governance baseline (acceptable-use policy, AI system register, vendor evaluation). Implementation: practical tools such as credit document tracking, loan file review, and cross-sell intelligence, plus staff training on platforms the bank already owns, like Microsoft Copilot.
Management: a monthly program covering monitoring, board reporting, new use cases, and vendor oversight.
